I think the CSA are fantastic, ok some of the staff let the organisation down, but once everything is settled with a claim it is of benefit to all parties .

definately of benefit in our case:T:T

Indeed, not everyone wants to avoid paying, and it's one less threat the PWC's can use , they get their money and it's a chapter that can easily be closed ;)

Thats the thing, we could have played the games that you hear about and avoided paying but why would we do that to the children?, not only that but we pay for the big things still aswell you would think our pwc would be grateful for this:rolleyes:

Heh heh , but no 15% is 15% with the PWC's contribution the little one is onto a very good turn, then of course there is the other aspects that the CSA cannot enforce and that part is worth much more than any amount of money :T

Perhaps the CSA could organise a swap - I'll be your PWC and yours can pair up with my NRP ;)

    That would be brilliant!:T
What I wouldn't give for an easy life all round for all parties. I'm sure you feel the same, sometimes I wonder why when we are so compliant and pay extras etc we can't just all be civil?
I am asking for too much aren't I:rolleyes:

It would be nice for an easier life - I'm not saying we would agree all the time but wouldn't it be great if you have a problem, all the adults could sit down and thrash out a solution?

Also the wicked part of me wishes that non compliant PWCs could be paired with non complaint NRPs - then they'd really have something to complain about :D

They have driven my other half to the point of a breakdown, she had nothing to do with the end of the marrage and has done all she can for the kids. The CSA want to take her money and her home to pay a debt that they have admitted responsibility for. So they are usless and the system is floored from the top to the bottom, and you can bet I have told them that and a Judge even agreed with part of my statment as to their worth and lack of efficency, they even did not bother to turn up at Court on one occasion!

    Muppets the lot of them.

oh joy :D:j our nasty pwc paired up with a non compliant nrp :j yes in another life maybe eh:D

what would happen though is one of them would be nastier than the other so the one who was previously nasty would probably not behave like they did to the compliant pwc/nrp. they would walk round on egg shells trying not to upset the apple cart:D
  • Yep, loads of praise, they tracked me down within 24 hours and i was paying within 7 days to support my son

Shame they couldnt have done the same with my daughters sperm donor! After years of chasing him they closed the case

sorry bit of sarcasm in all that somewhere :D
