    I'm not quite sure I see a problem?

    You sold 2 items on eBay.
    You sent the items through the Post Office.
    You then opened a thread entitled "Royal Mail error???" even though nothing has gone wrong.

    As far as I can see they're doing what you've paid them to.

    I dont see how if its been wighed and got a printed RM postage label on it, if it was just stamps then they could i guess.

    That's true - although Royal Mail Group is the parent company of both Royal Mail and the Post Office (as well as Parcelforce Worldwide). ;)

    Strange about the errors in weighing the 2 packages though.
    I'd have thought the same as deanos - if it had the stamp stating the amount of postage paid (rather than stamps that the poster could have stuck on), it would have been OK.
