bought dress off ebay stains

hiya

just wanted some advice
have bought a dress off ebay its gorgeous but it has some stains on it. A small one towards bottom off dress purple colour and sum orangey stains under each arm pit.

They are quite small but it wasnt mentioned in the listing it just said worn once. i love the dress and want to keep it but i wouldnt have bidded as much as i did for the dress if i knew it had stains on.

what would you do?Shall i ask for some compensation because of the stains or just leave it?

Thanks

I think you should contact the seller to start with, they may not have noticed them if they are not very big / noticeable. Tell them you are not happy with the stains, and it would have affected your bid price had you known prior to bidding. I guess they may ask you to provide photos - take some anyway in case, before tyring to wash it or anything, and they may offer either a pertial refund, or a full refund if you return the item. I guess if you want to keep the dress, let them know that, they may offer to partially refund, or may not.

"orange stains under the arm" are consistent with sweat/deodorant stains, which would make me think its been worn a lot more than once. They are also a buggar to remove :(
