I have got into an arrangment with DLC regarding a debt. If I phone up every month to pay I'm charged £2.50 on top of my agreed amount!
They have a web site that can be used to pay. however the link does not work
https://www.dlcollect.co.uk/cs
This has been for ages.
My agrrement started on 31/08/09. I payed on 04/09/09. They say they are taking me to court know as I have breached this. I thought I could pay from the 31st. So they say I should have paide 31st. Then again in 09. Which I did. so since I missed 31st I'm behind.
I really cant cope with all this grief. I misunderstood a letter, now I'm going be in a court.
Help.

I would move this post to debt free wannabe board as you'll get a better response.
Usually if a payment is due by the 31st then you would have to pay a couple of days before that for the payment to reach them in time. You can't just pay "any time after" this date as obviously it looks like you will be missing payments.
Give them a call and explain you missunderstood and if they will give you another chance to pay in installments.
Hope you get it sorted0 -
That link actually points to https://www.billpayment.co.uk/scripts/index.asp
Perhaps try using that?0
