Hi everyone am new to this site but am about to claim back bank charges. I bank with First Direct, has anyone else successfully claimed from them and any advice on who to address the letter to in the first instance - am asking them to list my charges initially.
Many thanks in advance

Look at the Bank Action Group website for who to write to, templates of letters and an idea of what and when to do things. Be sure to read the FAQ section first though.
