No its not too late, many have been successful even from reclaiming from the 1990's.

Hi All AGAIN...
I really cant get my head round all of this... Any one know of a company or such like that does everything from start to finish??... I know I have a good case for the claim but.......ARGHHHH..xxx

Hi there

It may all seem to be a little daunting, but in regards of making a claim through the FSCS (The financial compensation scheme), its a matter of just completing the form they should send you, and if you have any documents onhand, like the agreement send them a copy of that.

Even by using a solicitor it can be time consuming unfortunately, as they will request for all your information, but although its up to you, this way is completely free.

Just take this one step at a time.

The FSCS will in time request for further information if required, normally through a company called Deloittes who help's the FSCS.;)
