Countdown plug - where to buy?

Not sure if this is the right forum......
I'm looking for a few countdown plugs.
Mainly to prevent my paranoid girlfriend from having to turn the car round all the time to double check the iron/hair straighteners etc.
Also I would like to have one fitted to our heated clothes drier so I can give them a 6 hr blast and then it turns off.
I have found these....
http://www.ryness.co.uk/ProductDetails.aspx?ProductID=11538
Which are a bit bulky and do not do long enough (I really want 6 hrs)
and this...
http://www.thesitebox.com/Store/Product.aspx?ProductId=152429&src=google-base
Which looks ideal for the iron and straighteners.
They are more expensive than I was hoping as well.
Anyone know anything better/cheaper? Suprised these are so hard to find!

Thanks but that is not really what I'm looking for - that is a normal preset timer - ie comes on and off at certain times of the day/certain days and you have to 'program' it.
I'm looking for something that you can plug in and turn a dial/press a button for a simple amount of time. ie plug in my heated clothes drier - turn dial for 6 hours.
The two I have linked to are nearly what I want but would like up to 6 hrs (and cheaper!)0
