NPower Price Freeze - not so!!
After watching Npower's advert on TV for the last few weeks about freezing its prices to 2009, we decided to ask them to join it (we are with NPower anyway). We were told that because our house is only 5 years old, we cannot have it!
I think this is a bit unfair, but aparently it is in their terms and conditions.
