oh had to collect his replacement drivers card today ,so he goes to the office and they wont give him it because he doesnt have his driving licence !! dvla swansea have that and provided a letter saying so . he had to drive home get allsorts of id and go back for it. now this is for a card dvla have issued and has his photo on it but apparently the photo is not sufficient id :mad: !!

The DVLA office , they wouldnt accept a letter from swansea saying they had his licence and he was to collect his card even though swansea said it was enough because his photo was on the card . its just madness he had to drive home to collect a utility bill with his adress on it [ the same adress that was on the dvla letter:mad:]This is a system account and does not represent a real person.
