Excellent service from BT reps on this forum

Can I just say that the service I have had from Natasha, one of the BT reps on here and Jon, one of her colleagues has been absolutely outstanding.
I have had an ongoing problem with BT now for over a month - concerns slow broadband speed, but is really in respect of the main socket into the house; I won't bore you all with the details, but numerous calls to BT that were poorly dealt with, told the charge was going to be £195, absolutely no chance of negotiation etc etc - I was at my wits end............until last night that was.
I sent a PM to the BT Reps about the issue - very prompt and understanding response from Natasha, followed up today by Jon, result being that my problem with the line should be sorted on Monday.
I have nothing but admiration for people like this who go out of their way to provide first class customer service - they have restored my faith in BT - and I didn't think that possible early yesterday evening I can tell you! I was on the point of moving lock stock and barrel to Virgin or Sky.
An organisation that employs people like this can't be bad - although BT are damned lucky to have them as many organisations would give their eye teeth for people like this.
Many many thanks to Natasha and Jon - you are top! :T :T
