can anyone tell how it is possible to complain to amazon.com via email.
im complaing/requesting info about an e-certificate gift card i applied to my acount a couple of months ago as it isnt showing up anymore.
the problem is althought ive found the form to email customer services but it wont send because i have no order number(and am unable to make one up).
thank you for any help:j

On the contact form, try one of the future tense subjects such as 'Placing an Order'. For these, you don't need to enter a number. Once the email is received they should then forward it on to the relevant department and respond to you. I can't guarantee it, but it's worth a go if you would rather complain online.Male.

thanks renegade..there was an order number after all(in small print ) at bottom of email.
i cant find their phone number either....both are very well hidden on web site,in fact taken me 20 minutes to find it today even though i found it yesterday.

What? Well hidden?
1) Click help at the top
2) Click "Contact Us" on the right hand side of the help page
3) There's now the three help options of Express, E-mail or Phone.What would William Shatner do?0
