Hello,
Im just in the process of trying to claim for a loan which I was persuaded to buy PPI desptie being a student at the time. The loan itself now eneded in 2003. I went to my bank and asked for details of my loans and insurance policies. They advised me to write to the reclaims department which I will do using the letter format on this site. I will keep you updated on how it progresses0 -

Hello Christine and welcome.;)
I would start by maybe requesting a SAR (Subject access Request), if you no paperwork at all on your loans/cards.
However, it works out £10 for each request payable by cheque or postal order, and they have 40 days to comply.
Template for SAR letter here:

If you already have the paperwork and mis sold the PPI for any reason then give it a go at reclaiming it back.
Here is the link to templates, a checklist of mis selling reasons, check this through and if you require help, then please post up.
