I sent my jewellery to these guys who sent me a cheque. Wasn't happy with the amount, so returned it (and sent recorded). Their website promises to return your gold within 15 days. 20 days later, still not gold. I've rang 3 times now and just get told someone will ring me back.
Anyone have any ideas of what I should do next to get my gold back. I'm worried they are trying to scam me and just keep my gold!

I would send them another letter by special delivery saying you will take court action if they don't return it within 7 days time0
