Advice needed re conservatory repair

Hi All

I wondered if you can help.

My OH and I purchased a conservatory which was completed in October 2007. Since that date we have had a problem with the roof holding water between the two panels.

We have tried to get the conservatory company to repair the roof and after numerous telephone calls, letters, cancelled appointments they have now found out that their supplier no longer makes the roof we have installed.

The last conversation I had with the company was that there was a sample of a new roof panel available but this was a different colour to the one we had. When I queried if they were therefore going to replace the whole roof rather than just the one panel the girl I have been dealing with said that she would have to check with her director & get back to me.

Obviously with no success since!

Can anyone help with what I should do next before I blow a gasket!!

Thanks

V
