Our Sony television keeps going back to standby on its own when first switched on, for about the firsy half an hour, every few minutes the standby light and the one next to it keep flashing intermittantly until the remote is pressed, We had this problem once before a few years ago and I think that it cured itself eventually but cant reaslly remember. Otherwise does anyone know of a reputable television repairer in the Birmingham area, I always seem to find repairers that are a rip off
