Baby-Supplies LTD-non receipt of order help

I bought some lilypadz breast pads (the stick on ones) from baby-supplies.co.uk last wednesday (stated dispatch time was 24hours and 3-5days for delivery) and they have still not arrived nor have I heard anything from them. I have now sent 2 emails asking what is happening and Ive scoured the net to find a phone number with no luck.
Both of the numbers I have tried dont work or dont receive incoming calls.
I really need them too cos we are off on holiday on monday.
Any ideas what I can do to get my money back? I paid by debit card.
Oh and their site is not working at all now......
