indicators are an optional extra on all BMW's. so even if they are fitted they must be expensive to replace bulbs in them as most BMW drivers never use them.
As if you really know! You're convincing tho for a sensitive chappie that feels the cold ;)

    Buy a 5 series.

Twice the car for less cash.

Buying at 2 to 3 years old (or less) a BMW AUC (Approved Used Car) is not much if any more expensive than buying else where so long as you haggle and you get the reassurance of 12 months warranty regardless of age.
On the grounds that once you get rid of the initial depreciation hit, a BMW will loose roughly the same amount of money per month in depreciation from month 6 of it's life up to 4+ years old and when it's over 36 months old other expenses like MOT's, extended warranties / out of warranty repairs, later more expensive service etc. make the costs more or less balance out.
You do have the challenge of meeting the higher purchase price though.
It's also worth knowing that more recent model's feature "efficient dynamics" which means up to 20% reduction in fuel consumption and lower emissions.
I'd suggest doing the sums on what ot would cost in loan payments for a younger car, people often find efficient dynamics fuel savings cover interest charges making the newer car accessible.

A nightmare story brought an X5 paid over 15,000 pounds for it, picked it up from the Big Motoring World in Kent straight away most of the instruments lights, petrol gauge was not working car was sold with one years mot but it only has 4 months, told them straight away and I was told to contact the service department, they told me to claim for warranty, been to BMW for the part 891 and the warty will only pay 300 with the VAT called south largest independent BMW specialist in, and they said “ well its not a new car” they never returned my calls and now I have to go down the legal route, think twice before you buy from these jokers

Are you saying that you are the original OP (Tee)?

How long have you had the car? The legal route is open to you, as I'm sure your solicitor has informed you. You can reject the car, not as described (re: MOT), also the warranty that was given implies an element of expected reliability, so you can reject the car for being full of faults on day of purchase. Or you can sue the retailer for the full cost of repair & getting it through an MOT (in small claims court) citing the above reasons.

I have heard some good things about autoquake, and their cars seem to go quite quickly. I believe they are ex fleet and they go into great detail on their website about condition, etc.

Your BEST choice of used BMW, at auction, is from one of the branded BMW special sales. These are held at only a few www.british-car-auctions.co.uk centres (next ones are Nottingham & Bedford).

You will have an accross the model range, age & mileage & specification to choose from, all presented in a fully valeted condition, so will also look good!!

What you do need to be aware of, in these sales, is to read the catalogue description carefully, to ensure the car is as described. Not due to anything more than a mistake, but sometimes the trim won't be the mantioned colour/no upgrade ICE, different alloys, that sort of thing.

You must also check & double check the auctioneer telling you about the number of owners registered on the vehicle. Particlarly if from BMW finace repossession, there is quite often 2, 3, 4 or more owners in a short space of time. They do have more than their fair share of people that aspire to, but can't afford to keep up with the brand image!!

Better is the end of lease/surrender early lease vehicles, the catalogue will say if this is their source.

Need any more info - just ask!!
