What about the 70% clubwhat about the Brit 50% by Christmas
I put it to you Mlud that it was bulls that were predicting 20-30% falls the bears were predicting/hoping for catastrophe  Unless of course you are saying that they have changed their mind.

Don't agree w this tbh. If you were predicting falls then you were a bear. At the point you changed to predict rises you became a bull.Prefer girls to money0 -

I agree, but the mega bears wouldn't let us join their group unless we predicted 40% plus'Just think for a moment what a prospect that is. of course it didn't/does make sense.
insults and and a bit of ganging up took place (no complaints by the way, t'was all good) but unless you predicted or wanted 40% falls you were delusional and not in the real world.0 -

This is a comment I made back in Feb 2007, does it sound like a bull
I just don't see the point in investing in property at this moment, I can see a time in the future where it would be a great addition to my portfolio but not now.

My forecast was for a 20% drop from the top with a bottom in Spring 2009, the bears were not impressed with bullish forecast'Just think for a moment what a prospect that is. Cheers for that. No you don't sound like a bull. You sound like a bear.
Wasn't really around in Feb 2007 imo, so haven't really got a clue who "the bears" were and why you somehow weren't one. Finding this idea of "the bulls" and "the bears" as unchanging entities kinda weird tbh - but oddly fascinatingPrefer girls to money0 -
