Hi, just a quick query, sold an ite3m on ebay with postage cost to uk, the winning bidders address was USA. Asked for transaction to be cancelled, which was agreed but then they paid for item and gave me a uk postal address. i am a little confused & wonder what i should do. could anyone explain ?

If they have paid via paypal they need to have the UK address listed as an address on there and it needs to show as ok to send. If they have just given you the address in a message just reply saying to add the other address to their paypal.

If you dont want to ship abroad you need to set your seller preferences to exclude those from countries you dont ship to. Then they wont be able to bid0
