Pre-ordered PS3 Game.

Hello all.
I have pre-ordered a PS3 Game from Game, it has been shipped but the money not yet taken from my bank account.
I have now decided that I don't want the Game, what are my legal options- Refuse delivery
Accept it then return it unopened to my nearest store for a full refund.
I think I have a right to a full refund because it was ordered on the Internet, but can anyone clarify this?

You can just refuse delivery. You have a right to refund.

Normally I'd recommend using the "Search" function, but this is definately a new, interesting and original question so I'm more than happy to give a non-sarcastic response.

You can return anything bought online within 7 days, as long as it is unopened and as new. You may be liable for the return shipping cost, depending on the store's policy so you might want to check that (might be cheaper to accept the game and return it to store if they will allow you to do that).

As always - contact the seller first, that's just good manners.

I would suggest not refusing delivery, because as you have got it from Game, the reciept/packing slip has a returns lable on it. I still think you need to call them or something, but not sure. Pretty sure the instructions are on the lable though.
