Halifax Credit Card - cca and account in dispute letters sent - details inside

Hello everyone, i sent a cca request to halifax and recieved a 'reconstituted version of the original agreement'

I then proceeded to send them an account in dispute letter as they had failed to comply with the requirements of the cca request.

I have up to now had no reply from halifax regarding my account in dispute letter, it has been 12 working days since my letter was recieved and signed for by halifax.

What should my next move be? Should i wait a while then send them a subject access request ?

Their failure to provide me with a true copy of the original executed agreement makes me believe that they don't have one.

Any advice would be great thanks
