Hi everyone
we now have our Mortgage agreed in full and have had the offer sent to our solictor cant fault the RBS it was all done in a few days all the paper work came through when we were away on holiday this week. It only took 4 days from AIP to the valuation being done and the mortgage approved.
Offer agreed on the home of our dreams and we are moving in 6 weeks. Thanks to everyone for all the advise.0 -
