dw32, do you happen to know how long it will take them to do your valuation? We're at the same stage, they've just taken the product fee and valuation fee today.0

Hi everyone
we now have our Mortgage agreed in full and have had the offer sent to our solictor cant fault the RBS it was all done in a few days all the paper work came through when we were away on holiday this week. It only took 4 days from AIP to the valuation being done and the mortgage approved.
Offer agreed on the home of our dreams and we are moving in 6 weeks. Thanks to everyone for all the advise.0 -
