Bank Charges - data protection request

Hi
I've written to barclays requesting a list of charges for my barclaycard account, they replied saying £2 per statement, so replied saying i just want a print off of the charges which i'm entitled to under the data protection.

Would the next step be the information commissioners complaint to get these charges on this account or is there another route.
Or is there any advise on how to get past this brickwall

Did you send a proper Data Protection Act request (DPAr)?
They have 40 day's in which to comply with any DPAr.
Hope that helps abit.0 -
Just went over to the bank action group, appartly they do not have to comply unless i enclose the cheque in with the letter. Silly question but would the cheque be payable to simply "Barclaycard" or is there a specific name.0

I didn't even sent Barclays a cheque for my information so I don't know the answer to that one!

I did with Natwest though, they gave me the information and then send a letter asking for payment of £10 for the DPA info. they provided.0
