:mad:Applied for about 3 credit cards and rejected for all of them!
Bit concerned however in that i recently applied for a store card and was turned down for that as well. Do you think its wise to get my credit report to just check that everything is ok on it? How do i go about this and how much does it cost?
Thanks!

Well if you've applied for 3 cards or more in short space of time then your chances now will be even slimmer as the lenders will view you as desperate.
It is always good idea to check your credit report. And fantastic idea right now.
Have you ever had any credit before? It is not easy to get your first credit card and quite often people think that it is and screw their chances for another 6-12 mths...0 -
I would definitely check your credit files before you submit further cc applications. Once you know what lenders will see, you are in a better position to improve their opinion

Oh no, i've applied over the course of 2 years for these credit cards as i realise it can be detrimental to apply for them and get rejected. Thanks for the replies Moggles and Any. Seems strange in that i can afford to pay it and they won't give me one. Kind of like a punishment for being debtfree,lol.0

Sounds like there is something adverse on your file. Or you have little or no history.
Are these all prime cards?
Have you tried captial one classic or vanquis.0 -
First step is to get those reports and find out what the issue is.
If you can't work it out then come back for advice.
It's could be simply that you are not the type of customer they are looking for.
But first you need to rule out an error on your report.0 -
Looking at your other posts it it likely to be on affordability
you say you have HP on a car, currently have 3 cards and work part time
When you apply they will look at how much available credit you already have v's income. Although you may want to shift the outstanding balance from the 3 cards to the new one, they don't know that and look at it as if you are after additional borrowing.
If you have no balance on the current cards (you mention here being debt free) then you should close them so they do not show as available credit0 -
she said she had tried to get 3, not got 30

she said she had tried to get 3, not got 3
But as Caz mentiones also HP and part time job which hasn't been mentioned on this thread at all I suspect that he/she looked at OP's posting history...
We need to hear from the OP to confirm or otherwise.
She didn't reply to any of the questions on here.0 -
