new gas meter
Comments
-
Hi,
On the subject of gas meters, I wonder if anyone can answer a question for me. I have an old imperial meter (sq ft) at the moment and wondered if these have a 'shelf life' or not and if I should expect a letter notifying me of an 'upgrade' or if I have to instigate matters?
Any help appreciated.0 -
Gas meters tend to be replaced every 10-15years.
When yours is due for renewal, they'll schedule a replacement.
They won't replace it just because its imperial.
You don't need to do anything"Now to trolling as a concept. .... Personally, I've always found it a little sad that people choose to spend such a large proportion of their lives in this way but they do, and we have to deal with it." - MSE Forum Manager 6th July 20100 -
