Approved online SFE but when do i get it....

ok basically i started university full time last week and understand SFE are very busy they told me i would get my loan through as soon as i signed the declaration and the grants will be another few weeks.
they have today changed it from 'approved -awaiting signiture' to 'approved' so how long now til i recieve somthing ??
i have yet to recieve my payment schedule ..tho SFE said i should recieve it soon,
i understand it wont be the ful amount as the grants will arrive in a few weeks.
has anyone else had the grants arrive later due to the work load SFE have? i applied late but surely im due a payment in the next week now its all approved and registered.

Choose the "View Payments" option on the left hand menu - that displays all the payment dates. It probably takes a few days for this screen to update anyway after your application has been approved.

i tried that and its still showing last years schedule.

I'm having the exact same problem (it's been a right mare this year!) They have finally changed my status to approved too, yet still no money in the bank. After a bit of investigation, I've found out that it takes between 3 and 5 working days to enter your account after they've changed the status online...for me, this is between Monday and Wednesday. If it's not there by Wednesday, I'm just going to ring them...again...

Just because it says approved, it doesn't mean it's heading towards your bank account at the moment. Under My Payments there's a table which has:
Instalment, date, amount, method, status. What dates are showing on here?
The status for all of my payments for the 09/10 academic year have Approved as their status, apart from the ones already paid which state Paid. Between Approved and Paid there's also Submitted. I got my money ~5 days after my status changed from approved to submitted, then it changed to Paid.
