HIP from online company

Hi

Just wondered if anyone had used an online company to get their HIP done when selling their property and if so how much you paid and any recommendations of who to go to?

Got a quote from estate agent (selling 2 bed flat) for over £400 for the HIP but searching online prices seem more like around £200 - dont want to get ripped off but would like the HIP done quickly and of course efficiently

Thanks

I used https://www.hips4u.com based on other people here using them. Paid £204 inc VAT - energy assessor was out the following day and the HIP legal to start marketing within a week. It's taken a little longer to complete it entirely but that's no issue.
