Best place to buy white vinegar, bicarb of soda and soda crystals?

I have found Asda to be cheapest for bicarbonate of soda. Needed quite a bit for a Bath bomb making session with my Grandaughter. Researched on line but postage made it far too expensive.

if you live in London you can buy bulk white vinegar ( 5 litre bottle) and bulk bicarbonate of soda ( 3 kilo bags ) from a Chinese Supermarket / cash and carry called Wing Yip ( google for address) very cheap - vinegar about £2.50 and Bicarb very reasonable too

I've bought all the above from wilkinsons, for a reasonable price. You might be able to buy them cheaper individually, if you shop around.
