we tried that.... it wasnt only the glitches that lost us the thread ..it was people who only wanted to get the glitches, complaining about the chat and others who wanted to be personal and nasty to the regulars...believe you me we tried our best with that thread and the minority spoiled it.

I'm the same I'm a 'newbie' to this site (which I'm a bit addicted too!:D) and I've only just 'signed' up with Boots and was enjoying reading the Boots threads and looking forward to joining in and learning how it all 'works'.
I'm going to try and work it out ,if successful I will pm you (which I've just looked how to do! )
