Even if they're sealed and bought 2 hours prior?
Try saying you got one as a gift for someone but they had already got it;)Your greatness is measured by your kindness; your education and intellect by your modesty; your ignorance is betrayed by your suspicions and prejudices, and your real caliber is measured by the consideration and tolerance you have for others.

You cant refund cosmetics for health and safety reasons
This has happened to me in the past.Your greatness is measured by your kindness; your education and intellect by your modesty; your ignorance is betrayed by your suspicions and prejudices, and your real caliber is measured by the consideration and tolerance you have for others.

Well, one of the brushes wasn't free. It cost 50p with the voucher.
Basically I picked up 3 brushes under the assumption that they where 3-4-2 as advertised. Took them to the counter, presented both my £5 voucher and 750 points voucher. The receipt took £5 off the £5.50 brush and I paid 50p for the, and £4 & £5 for the two other additional brushes.
Surely if I say I want to refund one of the brushes, they should be able to refund me without taking the points back?
Sorry to sound dim, but I've never really use boots.
I would put it down to experience and just be thankful re the extra points. I've managed to muck up combos spectacularlyin the past but you win some, you lose some.;)

I picked up 3 R&M make-up bags today. I got 2 gold ones for £1.19 each and a purple one which was reduced to 50p. No points voucher in the ACM though. I got something else to get to £5. DD is coming home from uni for the weekend, so on Saturday afternoon we will go and get some No 7 mascara and some more vouchers.
Thank you to the OP for this, as I would not have thought to look at the make-up bags. DD needs a new one anyway.
The red square make-up bags with the mirror inside were also reduced, but I left them behind as I did not consider them to be very practical. This was Watford, btw.0
