Any advice much appreciated on my money dilema:
13 months ago I bought a business franchise. Once I started this I realised that I had been mis - sold on a number of points but chose to continue regardless. The further I have got into it I have realised that the company are a little un ethical in their business proceedings.
The business is profitable, but I don't want to deal with the franchisor any more but can not afford to walk away from my initial outlay. I paid for this on credit card. Can I reclaim from my credit card company on the grounds of mis - selling and improper business practise? Do I have any right to reclaim the money? I can not claim from the franchisor as they are already in debt and had actually gone into liquidation but have transfered all the contracts over to a new company.0 -

You chose to continue even knowing the mis-sale points. You can't now claim just because you made a bad business decision0
