They have guaranteed capital and growth plan-mini cash isa paying minimum11.25% and poss. maximum 40% fixed over four years.Is this a good deal as footsie100 index has to have growth equal or greater than 2.5% for each of 16 consecutive quarterly periods.Thanks for any advice

You need to have a reasonable chance of the market rising quite a lot to get that growth over four years. I feel the market is too high currently, even though it's fallen these past couple of weeks. Since the market often does this in summer 'Sell in May and go away' keep a watch on it, if the window of opportunity for the ISA allows."Some say the cup is half empty, while others say it is half full.
