i am a customer with scottish power i rang them over their new online 7 tariff asking to move onto this tariff from online 4 tariff.at first they said it was for new customers only but when i pushed them further and REQUESTED TO PUT PUT ON ONLINE7 they said it was ok as i was REQUESTING to be put on it.On comparison sites this tariff for me was only £8 different to the cheapest tariff available,therefore did not move.:beer::T:j;)
