samsung LE40R73BD LCD tv

I bought this tv just over 2 years ago(warrenty has ran out by about 3 weeks) And it started clicking and taking a few moments for the picture to come on. Today it has been clicking for nearly 2 HOURS and still no picture. On the internet I found it is a very common fault with hunderds of people having the same problem. I rang samsung saying it seems to happen with this model a lot and she gave me a number for me to pay for the repair myself(some people have said it can be £85 just to find the fault) and said they are unaware of any fault with the model. I feel if I am not the only person with this fault they should repair it as it must be faulty or poor quality parts. These tv's cost a lot of money and should last longer than 2 years.

You should contact the retailer from where you bought itSquirrel! If I tell you who I work for, I'm not allowed to help you. If I don't say, then I can help you with questions and fixing products. Regardless, there's still no secret EU law.
