Can I ask for a refund?

A few of us booked a photoshoot day and afew days before we were meant to have it, they rang and said they needed to reschedule, so we did. Now, afew days before the rescheduled date they ring saying they need to reschedule again due to double booking, even though they are the ones who suggested the date.

Do we have a right to a refund? We originally booked in June for September, so they had plenty of time to realise they couldnt do the first date. And unfortunately we spent over 100quid each on hair cut and dye the week before the original date.. A complete waste now!

Any advice is welcomed.

Oh yeah! And im pretty sure its not a scam-type company, as I know afew people who have done this with them before.

I guess the first step is getting their terms and conditions and reading them carefully.
