Egg BT

I was offered a BT of 4.9% until March 2010 via email and so I went online and completed said BT.

Today I get a statement and I see that I'm on the SVR :mad:

Has anyone come across this before with Egg? This is the first time that I've done a BT online as I always think it will result in error, lo and behold, it has.

I intend to get in touch with Egg as soon as I get into work but thought I'd ask on the forums first

I've seen complaints about Egg both here and elsewhere.
I've been with them 10 years and, so far, I've never had a single problem with them. I guess I'm just one of the lucky ones.
