Oh, whatever I get it would be a rescue one!

It wont be any time soon though, I want to get the flat sorted and keep it (and me) on an even keel for a few months first - it wouldn't be fair to the animal otherwise. The only problem would be if I went away for a few days, I'd be able to leave a dog with my dad, but cats can't really be moved from their home area can they. Although my neighbours would probably be happy to help.

I just lost the sky remote. I found myself looking for it under.... they sky remote.

 I thought I got rid of the post before anyone saw. No you use it to be able to work up to do 100 pushups/200 squats in one session... Sounds silly but I want to do 'something' that wont force me in to negative callories. Cant wait until the new year when I can save for an excercise bike and join a gym. Yes I never thought I would say that either :rotfl:

Why would you want to get rid of it...:grouphug: I know what you mean about the not losing weight when you exercise...that seemed to happen to me when I was on CD...not sure why? although I do think you are right to do some exercise.

I think it is brilliant that you are considering an exercise bike or joining a gym...I would suggest a bike at home though over joining the gym...I hate the gym...(if you are serious about getting fit, i know it sounds expensive but a personal trainer is the way to go)...as long as its not jillian michaels you should be okay...

It's because muscle weighs more than fat, so you can lose bulk and fat, but not lose weight because you're turning it to muscle.

Sammy its because you ran into negative callories. On SS you have 415cal a day, when I was excercising I was burning about 800cal a week and therefore over the course of a week I was in negative callories and my body was forced into starvation mode. Thus you/I didnt burn anything/lose weight...

We had an excercise bike at home when I was younger, although it wasnt a good one I would always sneek on it. I mentioned to Maz at the last meet that I would love to do something like 'cycle' the world (hypothetically) :rotfl: I used to love going out on a 'normal' bike because it was like freedom for me. Maybe one day I will get on a real bike again? Ohh I would love to be able to join a gym, I have always wanted to even at my biggest :o I am strange :rotfl: I need to find something I enjoy and am good at that doesnt feel like excercising. I mean you all love running but its not something I could do
