How can they get away with this, i.e. threatening in order to change feedback to positive AND only refunding without non-specified postage charges? If they're at fauly, i.e. product faulty or sent wrong item, how on earth can they get away with that, esp if the listing says no p&p ?

Are those terms actually really enforceable?

Good god, can't understand why anyone would buy from them ever!

I know I'm in my own little world, but it's ok - they know me here! :D

You can ignore the twaddle about a defamation claim. It would cost him stupid amounts of money to pursue a defamation claim, for no return whatsoever.

I've just been looking through his feedback and on the neutrals page there is a buyer who left neutral as the seller didn't leave feedback first! I've blocked him, thought others might like to do the same.

It's the buyer at half way down the page, the last one before the 90 day detailed info isn't available. I haven't linked directly so you can make up your own minds :)

  • Just laugh at him and await your refund.

Muppets like that are always good for getting a rise out of though. I consider it to be a borderline Olympic sport.
    Terms & Conditions Apply
  • If you read through all their bad feedback (if you have time - it's a long list) it is apparent that they threaten a lot of people with the courts. Call their bluff and report them to ebay for threatening behaviour/feedback abuse. Also, dispute the unpaid item strike and report them for abuse there as well.

What a complete !!!*ole seller - I hope I never get stuck with a seller like that. Good luck.
