When we went to Sanfrancisco we booked on a city sightseeing tour. Well worth it. We visited a Japanese Garden. Absolutely stunning.

The japanese garden (i went to) is in the park, I think it is called golden gate park.

The park itself is huge with museums etc in it, the japanese garden is very small but worth a visit, we had some very nice "authentic" japanese tea in the tea room
