Boots currently have a promotion on the Santuary stuff, free gift when you spend over £10. They also have an offer on for 3for2 on the same stuff.

I took advantage of both offers yesterday. However, when my stuff has arrived today the free gift isn't there. I've emailed about it but looking at my order on there site I think they are trying to fob me off by saying the freebie on the 3-for-2 offer is actually my free gift for spending over a tenner.

Has anyone had probs with this sort of thing before? As I was ordering both offers worked, and the free gift (Sanctuary Kyphi Nourishing Body Butter 300ml) did actually get added to my basket.

Is there much I can do?

What are the Ts and Cs of the offer? Usually promotions like that say that they are not valid with any other promotion, so that could be all they need to deny one or other of the promotions you were taking advantage of. If it doesn't say anything about using one in conjunction with the other, then it might be worth pursuing.

Can you log back into the site and look at the order? If the "Body Butter" is listed there, or on an email acknowledgment, it might have just been left out at the packing stage. If so you should have no problem getting it sent.

Cant find this offer on their site at all. Sure you havent misunderstood?

Also as said you dont normally get to combine offers.
