Be really careful using that website.

We ordered some food a couple of weeks back, and it took over 2 and a half hours to arrive. When we unpacked it some of it was missing (most of it was cold)

I ran the helpline number and was on hold for nearly 20 minutes before I gave up. I located our chosen takeaway in the phone book, and they don't even used just-eat and the food had not come from them!

After speaking to the shop owner he suggested it may be the people who had bought his old premises (as they had moved).

We finally got a response from just-eat via email, and they were not interested, and suggested we took up the complaint with the shop!

We will never use just-eat again as you can not be sure where the food comes from.
