Egg money manager problems with Newcastle BS

Has anybody else experienced problems with registering a Newcastle BS savings account with Egg money manager? I've check the details and can login via the Newcastle website.

I don't think you can register all savings accounts with Egg Money manager
I can't register Birmingham Midshires either.

Its in their list though and its quite a simple one (ie customer id and passsword only).0
