Search Function

Hi,

I'm fairly new to the forum, but looks to be useful. However, is it possible to find the threads you have posted in easily.

I've responded to a new of them, but then can't remember which one's I have answered. If follow-up questions are asked regarding my response, I have a real job finding them again.

I might be missing something but I can't find anyway to do this.

Hi Patty

If you are in a particular forum any threads you have posted in show a little arrow on the envelope on the left hand side.

Or to find previous posts then click on your name next to any post which will bring a drop down list and choose 'Find more posts by patty666'

Finally if its an important thread (to you) then you can subscribe to the thread (choose thread tools at the top of the thread) and then if you click on 'User CP' (green line at the top of the page) it shows all your subscribed threads.

well i am new too. i posted about 3 months ago and have read some answers. but when i go to look now to see if anyone has answered my question I can not find it. hopless system

oh great. now if i click on my name on your thread i can now find my post. Strange i can not find the subject with a search. and i can not find me.

Another way to find threads you have posted on is to click on Quick Links then click on Subscribed threads.
This shows all threads you have subscribed to and those in bold blue letters are ones that have replies since your last post that you haven't yet read.

or if you haven't subscribed to the threads you have posted in...

click on Quicklinks then Your Profile

then in the box on the left are links to all posts you have made and all new threads you have started....
