Anybody moved their electricity to OVO?

I have just discovered the new Electricity supplier OVO. I am tempted to move there from Scottish Power - their rates look good and their overheads should be much smaller than "the big six"!
They require a exit fee of £30 for less than 12 months and their rates are fixed for 12 months.
Has anyone any experience of their Customer Service etc.?
