in Credit cards
Hi All, this is my first post having surfed the site for a while trying to get my head round a lot of stuff. So finally a question:
I recieved my "free" 30 day trial with credit expert and recieved my credit report but found it didnt include a amex card Ive had for yrs and still activily paying off. And it hasnt noted 3 late payments I made on one particular card (not that Im complaining) but how can I check about the amex card and get its details noted.
hope you can help
Paul

If the Amex account is registered at the address you gave Experian as your current address when signing up, then Amex aren't reporting the account running status to them.
Either that, or Amex don't have the address formatted correctly.
If it is an old account you might find that Amex are only reporting account running status to Equifax.
Also, late payments don't always show up as a [1] but [0] with a "Payment Amount" of £0. Some credit card companies don't report the monthly payment amount, so there's no way to tell if a payment is late.
As you say, no need to query that one
