    I got this one and it is ok at the moment , vista runs fine with no glitches yet .

    120 Gig Hard Drives can be had from SVP for about 60 quid, still cheaper than the Comet offer and you could sell the old Advent one on Ebay for a few quid as well. Just depends on whether you fancy an Advent or not. I personally am going for an Acer because the UK service centre is 10 miles away from home and they have already promised to look after any "mechanical" probelms I might have with it.

    The spec says this is Wirless enabled but other details - anyone know if "enabled" means built-in?

    Yes, it usually does. It's hard to get a lappy these days that ISN'T wireless enabled.

    I am off to PCWorld tomorrow to buy the Toshiba A100-337 Dual Core laptop for £499. Anyone find it any cheaper? I've checked but I think they're the cheapest. Hopefully they'll throw a carry case in with it :rolleyes: .

    I am going to PC World on the weekend to have a look at this laptop. The price online now seems to have gone up to £549.99p.

    Yep it has gone up to £549.99, but if you say you've seen it on the net for £499 they'll let you have it for that :rolleyes: . Doesn't come with any Office software and they couldn't even give me a little freebie so I'm still on the look for a new laptop.
