    All tickets are non-transferable whether they are theatre, concert, attraction, circus or you name it but people still manage to sell all of these on ebay.

    If the seller isnt willing to buy the tickets at the price they bid for them just relist them asap and get another buyer. If the original buyer sends the coorect payment in the meantime just tear the cheque up.
