I received this in an email. T&Cs don't say anything about already being registered, so I guess anyone can enter.
To enter, register/login Here and create a favourite journey in the panel on the left.
T&Cs
East Midlands Trains will provide First Class return train travel (where available) to and from the winners' nearest East Midlands Trains station.
East Midlands Trains will contact the winners to determine the date of travel, the prize is valid for one year.
Winners can travel after 0930 Monday to Friday and anytime Saturday and Sunday.
Names of winners are available on request. Entries must be received by Friday 30 October 2009. Winners will be selected at random. The adjudicators decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. The prize is not transferable and there are no cash alternatives. Employees, their relatives and agencies of East Midlands Trains are not eligible to enter.
