AKTIV KAPITAL (UK) Default

Hey,
Looking for some advice on this.
Opened a HSBC account in 2004 which would of made me 14 years old. Had a direct Debit fail which resulted me being charged, i was then charged over and over for being overdrawn. As i was soo young i could not afford to pay for bank charges, so i had to leave it as it was.
Just checked my credit report 2 days ago to find a default in my name from AKTIV KAPITAL for this HSBC account.
I was under the impression that you could not get defaulted for being overdrawn with charges, and i have also learnt that as i was under 18 i couldnt be charged in the first place.
ANY help would be fantastic. Where should i start? HSBC or AKTIV KAPITAL or should i contact Experian?
Thanks
Jonathan

You should probably start with who owns the debt at present
Point out to them that it is illigal for a minor to accrue or be allowed to accrue debts. What I am confused about is what DD a 14 year old would have set up

i cant remember at all! I phoned HSBC and was told it was for failed DD and i asked what the DD was for and he gave me a reference number as thats all was showing up. He says they were for tiny ammounts less than £1!0

get to them in writing. they should have details of which company registered the DD with them, surely. Can't just be a random reference number! If needs be, get a copy of your statements (you will probably need to ask for this explicitly and will probably be charged.) unless you have them already of course. That should have a company name on it too for the failed DD.Debts at LBM (May '08) £5760 - Lloyds CC £4260, Lloyds OD £1500;Debts as of May 28th 2011:Santander CC: £0.00Lloyds OD : £0.00DFW Nerd #1247 - Proudly dealt with my Debts

LISTEN UP PEOPLE.
ex manager here, just been fired for nothing after around 8 years hard labour.
want free advice on your debts.. i can help...
getting letters for someone that down live at your address....
i will show you want to do and AK is paying out due to the stress it is causing.
statbarred accounts.... ask for a brakedown of the account before you agreed anything... tell you what, if its stated barred. they cant get it. so u dont have to pay as its your RIGHT for THEM to prove the debt to you... not the other way around.
offered a BIG discount.... STOP, dont think 'thats a good discount'... think 'why are they giving that much away'... i can help.
spoke to you about an account thats not yours.. thats DPA.
AND REMEMBER.. when you get a call GET A NAME BEFORE YOU START TALKING. i know not all the staff note accounts so your call will never show... YOU KEEP THE RECORD
any help, just ask and i will tell.0 -
hi John. what has happened here is they have sent a trace letter out to u. there is someone out there with your name and they have lost him... yes the chances are high its now on your credit report as there work ethics are not very good.. trust me, i was a manager there and worked there around 8 years.
i was fired just last month for the poorest reasons.
the blame lies at Aktiv Kapital.. no one else. contact the OFT and tell them your still getting letters. they will fine them when they investergate.
most people just leave it, thats why they keep getting away with it.... REPORT REPORT REPORTJonwhittle1989 wrote: »Hey,

hi, call AK and tell them your want it REMOVED. they have the power to update within 24 hours.
when you call, get a NAME. if its not done. call the OFT and give the name and the reason.
tell AK that a ex manager has told you your rights and is posting all trade secrets over the net
