I would like to ask what i should do about this saeger im going through with company on ebay.Well i brought some recon phones from ebay about 1 mth ago well these phones are all recon and its a business on ebay ,well they didnt work when i recieved these also got sent to the wrong address, so conatcted this company saying they dont work well they said return the phones we will give you full refund and the postage back which i paid £4.25 well i got a cheque 2 wks later for the phones but no postage i paid out, it clearly says on the listing that a refund of postage would be given if the phones are sent back, well i have now contacted them once again asking for the postage money back, and they rudly said they have contacted ebay about this and the feedback i have left which i gave them a neg. Now is there anything i can do to get this postage refund back, i paid through a cheque for the phones any help would be great Than ks

There's not much you can do. As a buyer, you're only guaranteed (and I use that term loosely, as you didn't use paypal) to get the money you paid in the original transaction back. So the item cost, and the P+P to ship it to you.
As the item's faulty, any reasonable seller would refund your postage paid to return the item, but you've got no way to chase it up with the seller.
Regarding their comments about talking to ebay about the feedback you left, they're talking bo11ocks. The neg you left seems justified, and as long as you don't mention feedback extortion in any messages to them, it won't be removed.Back on MSE after a 5 year hiatus.

They've refunded your monry so not much you can do. As you've already left them a neg (before refund received?), I can't see them going out of their way to please you.
Tbh, if I received something faulty / not as described and received a full refund and good cooperation from the seller I'd still give them a pos. Why do you think they deserved the neg?0 -
Personally I also wouldn't have left a neg, too, but...
As you've already recieved a refund of the money you paid, I wouldn't count on getting anything back again.
p.s. just like to politely point out that it's bought, not brought.Undergrad law student. Take my advice with a pinch of salt! :rotfl:0 -

Right let me tell you why i left a neg feedback. First of all i ordered the phones sent a cheque waited and waited for the phones to be delivered wks infact, then found out they were sent to 53 not 58 where i live then blamed me for the mistake yer right, then the phones didnt work, i then got told i was doing something wrong with them etc yer right, then i spoke to customer services once again very rude on the phone, told me once again i was doing something wrong and there must be something wrong with the internet connection lol yer but my internet connection was working fine and always has, all these excuses they were making, so i phoned again few days later they sent new batteries for the phones still didnt work, so phoned again they then said send the phones back we will check these are faulty if so refund for the phones and the postage took the blokes name who i spoke to, well well i waited and waited for the cheque i think it was about 3 wks i waited, i noticed no refund for the postage just the phones, so i phoned once again then i got verbal down the phone and he got it back from me, so this is why they got a red neg feedback, if you look at there feedback well its terrible so they are not a great company to buy from many problems just like mine. They've refunded your monry so not much you can do. As you've already left them a neg (before refund received?), I can't see them going out of their way to please you.
